Headhunters: Pinpoint Partners

Anyone know anything about Pinpoint Partners or their track record? They're based out of the UK but somehow are trying to get analysts to the buy-side in SF, Boston, and NYC. Don't think their connections are very strong and their biz model seems to just be sending blast emails to IB analysts on Linkedin. Terms of service indicate they get paid for each candidate they put in front of a bank for any interview, with an additional commission if that candidate signs an offer letter. Seems shady to me, I think their staff is much smaller than what is conveyed. Would love to hear from anyone who has had a positive/negative experience with them. Thanks in advance.

Their business model is 100% spam anyone on LinkedIn in IB openings with little regard to what coverage/product group the person is currently in. That being said, throw enough darts and you'll eventually land on a bulls eye which is why they can promote themselves as closing a lot of candidates. Source: I get sent these emails on an almost weekly basis since I started.
