I am starting an off-cycle soon in a mid-tier BB at London (Citi, CS, BAML) and been told by some analysts that headhunters start reaching you once you are 3-4 months into the internship, is that true? It sounds a little bit bullshit or desperate by HH trying to capture talent (which may not even be offered a return offer) so early on.
