Healthy IB Lunch mealprep (or other health-conscious) recommendations?
Starting IB in a couple of months and curious if anyone here uses some mealprep service or does mealprep for lunch. Dinner is comped at my firm but lunch is not. I am mainly interested in this for health reasons as I feel I'm going to end up gaining a ton of weight if I don't control what I eat for lunch and just eat out from various places. During my SA I was just ordering a lot of chipotle and sweetgreen but I feel like I can do better.
Skip lunch or just have a nanner 🍌 chances are you’ll get enough food from dinner to reach your maintenance calories in this hyper sedentary job
This guy gets it. Eating “nanners” is good practice for when he has suck off his MD.
