Help for an Investment Banker overseas

Hi Guys, I am working for a top-tier Indian investment bank in their M&A department as an analyst.I am currently 24 and plan to do my Masters from a school overseas.

What are my chances starting as an associate in an Investment Bank in US/London post an MBA.I was thinking networking my way through here as my MD is European and get hooked up somewhere around london. I actually did my under grad in the US and came back.

I am not sure if I want to go back as i do like it here, however just keeping my options open.

Work here for an analyst is very good and one gets to learn a lot, ofcourse depending on your learning curve.

We did a lot of cross-border deals and I was involved in all of them

However, i just wanted to know what you guys would recommend.
