Help for interview anxiety?

Hi guys,

I've been recruiting for about ~7 months now, no jobs or anything, but have noticed my pre-interview anxiety is SKYROCKETING. I mean, the last interview I had, I threw up before the interview, which is something that has never happened to me before. I'm not sure if I'm burned out, or feel the crushing pressure of disappearing jobs starting to get to me (I don't want to be permanently locked out of this industry at the age of 19, but I feel like it's going to be that way) but all my interview confidence has disappeared, and I've started having panic attacks days before interviews. How do you guys cope with interview anxiety, and any subsequent physical symptoms?

I feel like it's just getting worse? Like, the more the summer goes on, the higher the stakes are getting, and the worse the jitters are. I have an interview tomorrow for capital markets (not even IB) but at this point I just physically feel like I can't do this anymore.

If you are getting so much anxiety for interviewing with capital markets / finance roles. You should probably consider how mentally and physically brutal those roles are if you were to work in them as I am sure they will end up becoming much more stressful than your interviews
