If you're from NYU (even if it isn't stern) have a good GPA + 3 relevant internship, unique accomplishments, and have networked I just don't see a reason why you haven't gotten a single internship. Even if you are a international kid, many of my friends/peers have landed offers with BB/EB/MM (those that sponsor of course) so that isn't the reason.

Either you're extremely unlucky or you're lying to yourself about your stats/resume. Sorry I can't give solid advice, just hard to believe.
