Help! Leveraged long position Tesla
I have leveraged Tesla shares using an ETF.I have GraniteShares 3x Long Tesla Daily ETP 'ticker 3LTP'. I was wondering what will happen to the shares/ share price of the 3x Long Tesla GraniteShares when Teslas stock splits on the 25th?Should I hold or should I be selling the shares now?Thank you.
Guys, WSO community need some advice on this. How will Tesla stock split effect the Leveraged Tesla GraniteShares.
If you want predictions on how the split will move the price - it shouldn't, it's only a split.
If you mean what will happen to your 3x ETF? Probably nothing. I highly doubt they will do a split at the same time. If they do plan to split the etf that needs to be announced in advance as well.
Thank you, I wasn’t sure if the Split of Tesla would effect the ETF as it tracks its price.

All else equal, doesn't a split result in increased demand for the share? Or is that negligible.

For a stonk with a lot of retail option volume then splits boost retail demand because option premia (given 100 lot sizes) become more affordable in absolute terms. The amount of retail option vol in T is insane
