Help me! - Need to get a non-competitive agreement
Gentlemen,
I need to get a non-competitive agreement not between an employer and an ex-employee but between an employer and a potential client. Google isn't being much of a help.
Please this is urgent! The firm has a NDA but not a non-competitive agreement.
