1) Try to get summer internship anywhere in business freshman summer

2) Diversity programs...if you qualify

3) Get involved at your university (both business and non-business programs, fraternities, socials, study abroad) 

4) Take time to learn important shit about what you want to do (for example, if you're going into banking learn techs early, try to understand conceptually rather than just memorizing...trust it will help in the long-run)

5) Non-target... KEEP YOUR GPA UP 

6) NETWORK NETWORK NETWORK 

7) Have fun in college, you won't get these years back, that being said don't be stupid as well
