Help! Need IB internship advice!

The top firms such as Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley do not come to my school for recruiting. But I've heard that posting your resume online is a sure thing that it won't be read. How do I increase my chances have having my resume being read? I have great credentials and think my chances are high as long as my resume gets read and I land an interview.

Also, the company websites all say intern applications are accepted through December. Lehman even recommends applying at the end of the December. Doesn't that seem too late?

Thanks!

You have to go through a personal contact or referral to up your chances. There's a kid we hired off cycle who submitted his resume online but he lucked out. good luck
