Hey everyone,
I need to create a dataset of transactions involving public companies (both the target and acquirer were public prior to the acquisition). This is so I can do some research on the premium paid.
Are there any resources where I can see lists of public companies taken private? Does CapIQ have a filter function for this? Thank you very much.
