HELP Off cycle internship: BNP Paribas ECM vs. MM IB M&A (HL/William Blair/Baird/Piper Jaff) (Both London)

hello guys,

need some help as I currently have 2 offers for off cycle internship and I have to give the answer ASAP: BNP Paribas in Equity Capital Markets or at MM IB in M&A (HL/William Blair/Baird/Piper Jaff). Both in the London office. PS: As I have already graduated I am looking for the place that could provide me with the best chances to stay full time. And I heard that both places are not famous for a high retention rate...

Any advices?

Thanks guys!
