I'm currently a junior from a non-target who has no immediate family or friend connections to IB or CM so I wasn't aware that recruiting moved so fast. Is it still possible to land 2020 SA roles in IB or CM with anyone (regional firms and smaller boutiques maybe)? Is anyone still hiring at this point? If so is it just best to cold call and email to get my resume in front of them?

honestly there are a few spots in BBs cause kids have turned down offers. I know a process with superday two/three weeks from now in San Fran (BB)
Honestly a very shitty excuse for not being aware of deadlines. Take some damn responsibility for your actions. If you really were that ignorant of deadlines then ask yourself do you actually want to work in the industry?
