Okay, so I am tasked at my internship with finding a list of 25 mid-size regional bakeries that might want to acquire our client. The client is a bakery that supplies a specialized niche of the bakery markets with a high growth rate and very healthy revenue (10-20 mil).
What resources/google searches/databases/whatever would you use to find this list? I specifically need bakeries that operate regionally (probably wholesale bakeries). Not looking for any financial sponsors just companies purchasing for a strategic fit. Would Cap IQ work well?
Help is much appreciated. Don't want to ask stupid questions too soon, only my first week.
