Please help I have no idea how to fix this and it makes me have to use my mouse. When I am typing a formula with different cells and trying to move cells excel would not let me move around with my keyboard, not in the formula text or within the cells. It is driving me crazy. Scroll lock is not enabled

I've only had this issue when I had 2 windows of the same excel open, with each window on a different tab. There is no fix for this, it just happens when you have 2 windows open.
Did it go away when you went back to one window?
