Help!!!!I Need a Credit Line against a (CMO) Collateralized Mortgage Obligations

We have 1B worth of CMO lodged a JP Morgan Chase and we need a trade who has the ability to help us get a credit line against the collateralized mortgage obligations. Can I please get some help. We would like to get a loan against the collateralized mortgage obligations and also place them in some type of trade program which would produce on going dividens.
Disect the whole billion, see what is worth something and you might be able to work with JP on a credit line with an AAA tranche as collateral. Might not be a $1 Billion dollar line but it could be worth at least 10%.
