HireVue advice?

I thought it would be beneficial to put together a general Hirevue advice thread being that many banks use them. I have had a few of these for SA and insight days and have been unsuccessful getting a follow-up.

I'm aware there is a software that analyzes your interview that considers eye contact, vocabulary, body language, etc. and I think presenting yourself to a camera is the hardest part. Myself and many others have had a tough time coming across natural on this platform. There were times I thought I did a fine job with good content and decent presentation skills and got dinged. Is the technique here just to keep it super short and sweet and not give the software something to ding you for? I've literally spent entire 12+ hour days prepping and still can't seem to move forward.

I'd really appreciate hearing thoughts from those who have had success with these. Thanks.
