So I had a HireVue with JPM about 25 days ago. I gave up after not receiving any feedback for 2 weeks. The tracking page for the job would say "we'll be in contact soon" but now I entertained looking at the job tracking page and it said "for feedback and next steps contact JPM". I scoured their website to find an email I can contact them but I cant find any. Where do I email them?

Honestly if they wanted to contact you they would, and maybe they will in the next week or so. There is intentionally no email, otherwise students would be blasting them nonstop. I would just sit tight, these hirevue statuses don't typically mean that much
So I'm just curious then why they are saying to contact them? And if they haven't contacted in over 1 month, that means it's just... over right?
