HK IBD/S&T Return Rate
Hi! Does anyone know what is the approximate return rate for IBD and S&T in HK BB/EB recently?

For BB IBD, last 2 years were crazy high partly due to virtual internships under COVID. A few banks gave close to or straight up 100% returns in 2022 (e.g., BAML), but not those that possibly overhired in 2021 SA class (heard Citi was ~60%).
This year people can go back to onsite internships plus the overhiring examples/rumours, so I guess it'd be a bit tougher.
SAs can go on-site this year? Thought they will remain remote working mode considering Covid situations in China.
Have heard people saying they are preparing for onsite SA, but haven't verified personally/seen anything official. The decision was pretty much a last minute call last year as well.
I think new analysts across many if not all HK BB are traveling to global HQs for training (already applying for visa atm), so SA may have a better chance of also onsite if traveling is not a problem anymore.
