Hey guys had a quick question about HL email formats. I used the format on here for a couple of their emails, and all of them bounced. I tried Rocket Reach, and those bounced as well. So based on that situation is the email format still [email protected] (assuming first name: john last name: doe). Also the people I am emailing are analysts 4 ish months into the job, so does that mean they don't have their emails yet?

It's first name initial then surname.
