Very group dependent. My group is not at all and know many people that love their teams at HL… tech in particularly I’m pretty sure has a good culture.
HL benfits are superior to every other MM bank except rothschild. So are their snacks
WB is not much better lol. Interned in one their top groups (tech, hc, etc.) and fucking hated the people

Know ppl personally who’s entire cohort didn’t get returns. Bonuses suck, deal flow sucks.

WB sucks. Interned there in the
HC group and the people just suck, incredibly two faced. I’m sure tech is the same way since it’s a top group. Can’t imagine HL is all that different.
Unsure about SF, but WB tech average deal size is $700 mm, with several deals over $3 billion a year. You get fucked on and grinded, but you have incredible deal flow and opportunities post two dog shit years.
