HL Houston So Cringy

Not sure if this is a HL thing or a Houston HL thing but HL Houston posting every deal they close and the seniors seemingly requiring the juniors to repost the same deal and everyone from the bank liking each others posts looks thirsty and desperate af. Anyone else agree? Also blows up my feed in the most obnoxious way.

Comes off as them trying so hard to say they’re relevant.

What a moronic take.

Juniors aren't "required" to repost every deal, they simply want to. You grind endlessly for months (sometimes years) to close a deal, what is the problem with the deal team reposting it to celebrate themselves crossing the finish line on the deal? Also ur part about coworkers liking the post seeming desperate is funny.
