HL Tech Exits (within IB) - London
Considering a lateral as An2 to HL’s tech team (currently at a lesser-known US MM).
Don’t want to pursue PE - want to stay in IB for at least a few more years. Would love to move up to EB/BB at Aso level but wanted to do a pulse check on what is immediately possible/likely from HL Tech.
Have good relationships with TMT teams at a few of the BB’s but haven’t tested the waters on the likelihood they would fast track me in their lateral process later down the line.

Just out of interest, what do you mean by have a good relationship with BB tech teams? As in you know them, or have spoke about a position in the past?
Networked with a handful of teams since I was recruiting for SA a couple years and have kept in touch since to catch up more on a personal basis every month or so. These are Associates/VPs
