HL/CS/UBS/Evercore Private Funds Group (PFG/PFAG) Interview Insights?

Hi guys, I'm working my way into a pretty niche group at various banks known as a private funds group (or private capital advisory, or global capital group, etc). These guys essentially raise capital and advise private equity funds or private debt placements. If they were independent firms, they'd be what is known as a placement agent. Some banks have them in IBD, some capital markets, citi's is in sales and trading, and CS's is part of their AM leg. Its all over the place.

I know what they do and have experience interning with a top placement agent, however my interview with my old firm was entirely behavioral.

I'm looking for some color on if anybody has interviewed with a private funds group at pretty much any bank or independent firm. I listed some of the larger ones in the title. If you'd be more comfortable via PM as it is a niche field with small groups, please shoot one over. Any and all color on the technicals or anything in particular I should pay special attention to in preparing for the FT interviews would be greatly appreciated. Thanks monkeys
