gotta love the bank bashing that goes on this forum almost as much as the misinformation and the college kids giving their 2 cents on what it takes to be an analyst.
anyways, HLHZ is pretty good MM shop...there are other threads on them so you might want to do a search...i knew kids from there who went onto decent MM PE shops.
Do a search. There are several really detailed threads on them. The consensus is that they are really good and that they put a lot of emphasis on technical skills
