My summer internship BB wants me to go in for a fingerprinting and I-9 section. They provided a list of branches where I could do that. The closest on is 135 miles away. On the email, it says, if none of the locations are within 30-45 miles, contact me and we'll have other arrangements. What are other arrangements typically? Will they think I am too much trouble and just rescind?

Easy decision:
1) If you are worried that they'll rescind, then just find transportation and go to the branch that is 135 miles away.
2) If you REALLY can't make it, for whatever reasons, then obviously you don't have any other choice, and you're going to have to call them up and make other arrangements.

Make other arrangements. You really want to drive 4+ hrs to take care of some hiring formalities?
They won't rescind because a drug testing location is 130+ miles away from you - like someone else said, that's a bit excessive.
This place is seriously lacking some common sense.
