I’m curious about the Houlihan Lokey Charlotte office, which is essentially the former 7 Mile Advisors team. They mostly focus on business services deals, but I’m wondering how the team is holding up now that it’s been over a year since HL acquired 7 Mile and added the Charlotte office.
What’s the situation like with exits? Is it similar to the overall HL? And how does it look in terms of culture, WLB, and comp?
