Houlihan Lokey Needs to Increase Base
Title says it all.
Laz raised, EVR raised, PJT raised.. the BBs raised as well although the firm isn't compared to them for comp.
At least let the RX bois eat. This is ridiculous need raises for Analyst 1, and twos, associates etc. We all got to eat. If the firm is doing better we should be doing better too.

So you are aware several of the MDs and SMDs already believe analysts are overpaid. While I was there in 2019 they openly said that. Not to say it won't change but I doubt they are eager to raise again.

Can't speak for the NYC office (although I've heard they have it much better in terms of WLB) but other offices still seem to be grinding (cough LA cough)
