Anyone know about the recruiting timeline at HL for banking? From talking with a few contacts, it sounds like it still doesn't kick off for a week or so. This seems really late but was hoping someone could provide further insight...

the firm pays below the street level. (I heard: $60K, $10K, dismal year-end bonus)...also, you will be working with kids from UCLA, UCSD, UIUC, Penn State, Rutgers, UTexas and etc. it's pretty fckn horrible
The kid above me is a tool. HLHZ is a good shop and you realize some of the best bankers come from state schools.
