Houlihan SF TMT is known for weak deal flow overall with poor exits opps, and it's not getting any better in recent years. If you're interested in Tech IB then you should certainly go for a BB/EB instead if you can, as middle market firms just aren't strong in this area in general and they take the leftovers who were rejected by BBs. Most of Houlihan's reputation comes from their LA restructuring team and their general IB/M&A practice is relatively weak.
