I’m a rising sophomore at a target school interested in investment banking. Doing some research on HL and very interested in their RX practice for their sophomore summer program but I’ve heard of that interns are expected to return for junior summer. Im afraid that I’ll try restructuring and won’t like it and be stuck. Does anyone have any info or insight on if this is true or how the process works? Thanks!

You need to check the box first. Are you diverse? If not then better luck searching for no name boutiques, BBs sophomores are for diverse candidates only.

Then you got the golden ticket to pretty much every program there is. Grind your ass off and get ahead these other diverse candidates. Don’t think the interview is any easier, so keep at it.
They also have non-diverse sophomore interns. Personally know some.
