Hours/vibe check

I’m joining a group soon as an analyst. During the process I couldn’t get a good idea of what the hours looks like and I haven’t been able to find anything online. How do I approach my first week. I obviously don’t want to leave early or anything, but also don’t expect that I’ll have a lot of work early on. Just trying to figure out how I can find out how late I should be expecting to stay usually. I’m scheduling some calls with analysts soon to talk about general life and apartments around the area before I choose an apartment. Should I ask them how many hours they work lowkey, or not.

I don’t leave until the associates, and especially until my MD leaves. Can always make yourself busy going through old packages or models or reading the news
