Houston EB Thoughts

I will be working at a Houston EB (EVR/TPH/JEF) as a SA. I have heard bad things about the culture at Evercore and Jefferies Houston as well as some bad things about TPH on WSO. Going into the summer, what should I know about the culture/hours that I don’t know?

I know this is a thread that has happened before but would love updates given changing of the space.
