How best to use summer stint to Lateral to IB?
Hi everyone,
I'm going into an ER summer internship and I am looking for some advice on how to best leverage the summer to ultimately lateral into IB for full-time. I’m trying to be intentional going into this internship rather than just “see what happens,” especially since lateraling can be pretty hard and timing-sensitive.
I'd love insight on how to position ER for IB, Networking strategy, What I should focus on this summer, and if FT recruiting is possible or if I should do 2-3 years then switch.
