How Busy are FIG Bankers These Days?

Curious how busy FIG bankers are these days. I haven't seen many deal announcements in the FIG space over the past few months, but then again M&A is down across the board. Curious to hear from current full-time FIG bankers what dealflow is like these days.

Busy wanking with pitches man.

I work at a relatively large fund and received tons of covid opportunities crap recently. Always get invited for catch up calls.

The analysts must be working so hard to reformat and rephrase the research reports to ibd pitchbooks and send us loads of share price charts, valuation analysis and benchmarking.

Tells you fig is the most data intensive brutal team with loads of desperate MDs work their analysts hard to impress clients.

P.s. i am also working on similar stuff, loads of covid sensitivity, etc. Avoid if you have not started there
