How can students from Baruch attain a FT FO postition in bulge bracket banks?
Hello monkeys! I am currently a sophomore attending Baruch College with a GPA of 3.8, my major is finance. How can I work my way to obtain a full time FO position as a sophomore? Also, do bankers critique against those who have accent? Although I was born in New York, I still have a typical Asian accent. Therefore if I reach out to any bankers and if I'm invited to chat with them on the phone, will they look down on me because of my accent?
