How do 2 on 1 interviews work?

Just a couple questions regarding how a 2 on 1 interview works.

Do they alternate questions? Or is it like one asks all his questions and then the other? When answering, should you alternate eye contact between people? When you are asking questions do you ask just one person, or try to get both of their opinions?

Just trying to make sure I get the etticate right for these situations, as I've never had a 2-1 interview and don't know what to expect

Oh the temptation to make an innuendo. Must resist.

You answer to the person asking the question, but you make sure the other dude is engaged in the conversation too, dont make them play gooseberry (feel left out).

Ask questions equally, it's not blind date so dont say "same question to you contestant number 2".

Treat it like a social situation, just with really odd questions. :)

The answer to your question is 1) network 2) get involved 3) beef up your resume 4) repeat -happypantsmcgee WSO is not your personal search function.
