How do my chances for BB IBD analyst look?

Hey guys, pretty new to this forum,

I'm a first year at Warwick, I really want to go into IB and have done for the past 2/3 years,

How good are my chances at achieving this? I know that warwick is a target school but what I'm trying to gauge is how likely are you to actually land a front office role at the end your degree if you're at a target?
