How do you find time to workout without feeling guilty or tired?

Three years in banking and still can’t do it consistently. I am on the west coast so logging in at 8am is almost late. There are many late nights and I try to get 5 hours at sleep at least. Sunday is a full work day and Saturday I try to squeeze sleep, socializing, laundry, groceries etc. Also if I am up early, I end up logging in early. I feel bad if I’m up and inbox is blowing up and I’m not at my computer. I find that many of my peers work out pretty regularly but I’m always too tired or feel there is work to be done so don’t leave my desk. I need to be more active and I don’t know how. I gained weight and don’t feel physically well. Any thoughts appreciated thanks.
