How Do You Keep Going?

On a deal launching early next year that is absolute mess. There is so much on me to finish which will require me to sprint everyday until end of year and I am so tired. On other live deals and have been working crazy for a few months now. Keep getting emails asking about the progress. I am not in a state where I can pull 100+ hours for next 4 weeks. What do I do? How do I get back mentally to being most productive? I am this close to doing drugs and not even kidding

That’s nothing to brag about. Drugs are a serious issue. Hope you get some help, definitely before banking
