I was wondering what are some of the common ways that you guys make your cold emails more personal.
For context, I am from a small school and have already talked/had coffee with all of the alumni in the industry. Now trying to cold email random people working in my industry of interest (ER) and was looking for ideas to increase response rate. Thanks in advance for your responses.
