What's the deal with RBS's investment banking SA program? Are they still hiring this year for IB in Stamford, even though they are transitioning into a 50 man boutique?
Bump- anyone know anything about RBS SA plans or IB plans in general? Are they completely getting rid of all investment banking functions or just majorly downsizing.
Looks like they are hiring for both SA, and experienced analyst/associate roles on the dcm side...
Anyone have more insight into what the deal is with RBS. I spoke with their recruiter and she seemed totally assured about the future of their summer analyst program in international banking/capital markets. Are they maintaining the operations of their US business (primarily in Stamford) and mainly trimming down investment banking in Europe. Anyone have more information?
If anyone knows the long term strategic vision of the bank for their banking and markets program, it's likely the 27 year old campus recruiter with a degree in Media Relations from UC Santa Barbara...
