Been on the desk for a few months now at a lower BB, and I have been thinking about lateraling to another bank, preferably something like GS/JPM/MS or an EB. I'm in one of the top groups at this firm right now, and I wouldn't mind if I stayed in the same group at the new firm.
How should I go about trying to lateral?
