you want to show sources (bs cash, any new financing/equity) vs. uses (purchasing equity, paying down debt, financing fees) of capital in the transaction, relevant credit statistics (leverage, cash interest), implied returns
then go through your different scenarios

Also, Sterling, the other one topic you are referring to was when I asked for a DCF model of a particular stock. That had nothing to do for school. Please stop making assumptions.
