I’ve seen a few posts recently about using HHs to move roles, and I don’t work in IB/HF/PE so I was wondering if anyone could just explain how that process works for your industry.
Like if you’re looking for a career move either to a different city or a larger shop or different role within finance, do you usually reach out to them? Or do they reach out to you? Not really applicable to my life right now but just wondering if someone can explain the process. Thanks
