How have things been at Goldman since WFH ended?

A reporter from Fortune reached out to us looking for insights on how things have been going at Goldman since the return to the office ~10 months ago.

Patrick – I’m working on another Goldman article and am wondering if WSO can help. It has been about ten months since GS back-to-the-office day last Feb. 1. The firm is providing me with data on attendance at 200 West – higher than it was last February, not as high as it was pre-pandemic. I’m looking for sentiment among those who work there, how they’re feeling, what they’re seeing, what has changed, what hasn’t. Maybe I can glean some of this from discussions that are already underway on WSO, or maybe there’s some way to start a discussion. You would know much better than I would. Any advice or help greatly appreciated.

Feel free to post in the comments or if you prefer you can send me a message and I'll forward it to the reporter.

Thanks!

Andy
