Im an international sophomore at a non-target, so how important are referrals for EB, BB, MM, and even specialized boutiques? Im just asking cuz I have maybe 5-6 good relationships with analysts from different banks but i obviously wanna apply to more than just these few banks. Just wanna know my odds. Thanks!
