Just wondering how much weight is put on this assessment. Specifically wondering if anybody from a non-target who did well on these assessments and didn't really network too much got an interview?

“My mentor was very helpful because he took the time to understand what I wanted to improve on instead of giving me generic advice. He explained concepts clearly and was always willing to answer my questions, even when I needed something explained more than once.
