How is real estate teams at BB and EB doing with deal flow?
I have considered going to the sell-side as I will be graduating from my MBA program, and some IB employees have told me that they need bodies. I am particular interested in staying in real estate, but was curious how the firms are doing? Typically BAML, GS, and EBs have good flow in REIB, but was curious if anyone here had insight?

Jefferies has horrible deal flow in real estate. They are pitch machines. Doubt they would be doing better now.
Are the top banks in RE performing well atm (BAML, GS)?

I would assume they're getting no deal flow right now, given that real estate has been lagging in its recovery.
