Interesting question here. Being that its the summer and recruiting season is kicking off in about 15-20 days, how long have you been networking each day?? (phone calls, emails, lunches, etc)

Depends on the individual. Me in particular I network with the network of the network of the network call it the matrix everyday 24/7 I met an UBS analyst at a chinese restaurant just yesterday. I like this alot,... I have found that if you're outgoing you will meet great contacts all over the place. I meet interesting people in finance at the gym, on flights/airport, at bars, etc.
